Zone 40-30-30 menus
 These are the recipes used in the monthly menu for the Zone diet approach. This approach keeps carbohydrates relatively low at 40% while emphasizing protein and fats. Since most of the protein is vegetable protein, this is a good menu plan for diabetics and weight loss.
