Cooking Instructions
 Flatten chicken breast with mallot and then cut into bite size pieces . In saute pan add 2 tsp oil, 4 tbls vinegar, and flatten chicken breast. Cook until chicken is browned, then add apple sauce and cinnamon to saute pan. Simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors. In second non stick pan add 2 tsp oil, 2 tbls vinegar and mushrooms; cook until tender. On 2 dinner plates place equal amounts of mushrooms and then top with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Serve
