Cooking Instructions
Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper to taste; then place in non stick saute pan with 1 tsp of oil. Cook until pork is browned, remove from pan. Add to the pan cabbage, chickpeas, mushrooms, vinegar and 1 tsp of oil, cook for about 10-15 minutes. Add water and cooked pork to vegetable mixture, cover and cook 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on 2 lunch plates.
