Cooking Instructions
In non stick saute pan, heat oil until hot then add tofu. Cook tofu until browned on all sides. While tofu is cooking under medium heat, in another sauce pan add water, vinegar, tomato puree, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat to form a sauce; stirring constantly. When sauce has formed add pineapple and fruit cocktail. Taste sauce, if it tastes like too much vinegar continue to simmer until vinegar is not so strong. The flavor will develop into a sweet and sour sauce as it cooks. When the fruit is hot add entire mixture to the tofu in saute pan. Simmer for 5 minutes; gently stirring. Divide into 2 plate and serve. Single Serving Comment:
