Cooking Instructions
In large bowl combine turkey, tofu, diced onion, hot sauce, parsley and ginger root. Mix well, form into small meatballs. Place them on baking dish and brush with oil. Place in preheated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes. Place chicken broth in pan and bring to boil, add onion, leeks and mushrooms, cook until vegetables are tender. Mix cornstarch with a little water to dissolve and add to broth stirring constantly until broth thickens. Add meatballs and Serve in 2 soup bowls. Single Serving Comment:
