Heat a griddle or skillet ot 325 degrees.
Beat egg, milk, and oil in small bowl. Add the dry ingredients to a larger mixing bowl and stir until combined. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Cook until golden brown. For even lighter pancakes, separate the egg and beat white separately. fold the beaten egg white into the batter after the liquid and dry ingredients have been combined.
