Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients except the dried fruit in a large bowl. Spread evenly in a shallow baking pan and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir to the granola will cook evenly. Continue to bake until golden, about 10-15 minutes. Watch and stir as necessary. Remove from oven and mix in dried fruit. Cool and store in covered container.
