Formula For Life

Learn your starting point. Why are you reading this? Are you an otherwise healthy young person that simply wants to look better in your bathing suit. A middle-aged mother needing to lose that 50# of baby fat. A middle-aged man diagnosed with high cholesterol and diabetes. There are hundreds of different valid reasons reflecting different statges of life and different expectant outcomes of treatment. So, first lets determine what your situation is at this stage of life.
